Galaxy Commutech Limited £¨GCL£©was founded in April, 1990 by two executives in Hong Kong who had over twenty years experience, before founding the Company, in telecommunication products and consumer electronics. The company is formed to go after designing, marketing and manufacturing of higher technology radio frequency communication products, O.E.M.of customer designed electronic products and mechanical products, and international trade and sourcing business.
Dongguan Yinzhi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has strong strength. The infrastructure is complete, with a well-established organizational structure, and all operations are carried out in accordance with international quality systems such as ISO9001 and TS16949. The company has various departments including research and development, execution, administration, finance, and sales. The execution department consists of: production department, quality assurance department, materials department, production engineering department, and testing department.
With the joint efforts of the company's directors and employees, our company obtained ISO9002 certification in 1995, ISO9001 certification in 1998, and ISO/TS16949:2009 quality system certification in 2012.

Located at the Fourth Industrial Park, Guanlan County, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, P.R.C. which is about 30 minutes in the north part of Shenzhen. Factory floor space is 110,000 sq ft. , currently have 1,200 workers and able to expand the total work force of our China factories to 2,500 workers. The factory granted ISO9002 certification in 1995, ISO 9001 certification in 1998, and BABT approval ( U.K.) in 1997.
Subsidiaries Win China Techno Park ¨C Dedicated to develop industrial park in China for rental to small and medium size Japanese companies. With value added services such as translation, and consultation to company laws, labor laws and tax laws, etc., the techno park is to aim for serving Japanese companies who are new to China. At present, 65,000 sq. meter of land is acquired and first phase buildings of floor space of 30,000 sq. meter have been completed. Japanese customers are moving into the industrial park.
Win China (Dongguan) Electronic Technologies Co., Ltd. ¨C Specialized in researching, manufacturing and distributing of the security products for local China market. The products include Intelligent Security System(ISS) for residential home and buildings, Building Video Talkie System BVTS), Digital Storage Video Surveillance System (DSVSS), Communication products and some other electronic products, which are widely accepted in projects of reconstructing security systems of old residential area as well as in newly built apartment estates.
Galaxy Softech Ltd. With head office also located at Rm. 907, Blk. A. Hi-Tech Industrial Centre, 5-21 Pak Tin Par St, Tsuen Wan, N.T. Hong Kong. The company is formed to go after software design by utilizing software engineering manpower in P.R.C. The software team is located in Shen Zhen of P.R.C. with mission to develop software requirements from the mother company and to do sub-contraction software jobs from Japan and other countries.
Associated Factory Galaxy ShunHing Plastic and Precision Mold Factory. Located at Guanlan, Shenzhen. At present, it has thirty¨Cfour (34) plastic injection machines, a team of 30 mechanics of plastic mold making, and facilities for spray painting, silkscreening and tampo printing. This enables Galaxy to speed up project development and to provide top quality product plastic cabinets.
QianJing Electronic Ltd : Located at Longhua, Shenzhen, , it is specialized in the COB bonding and having 21 set of AB510 Automatic Bonding Machine , 9 sets of 500B Semi-Automatic Bonding Machine and 5 sets of Manual Bonding Machine
Factory Equipiuent Set-Up The company¡¯s engineering team have over 70 engineering staff and the laboratory is set-up for the design and development of radio frequency products up to the UHF band of 3 GHz, and with full set of Bruel & Kjaer telephone test system for acoustic measurement.
