Simon Kwan ¨C Technical Director, graduated in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Kwan was the Engineering Manager of Telecom section of Teletech ( H.K.) Ltd. Prior to Teletech, Kwan was the Chief Engineer and Assistant to Director of Melpowers Co. , Ltd. Prior to Melpowers, Kwan was the Senior Engineer in PhoneTime Industries Ltd. Kwan has over 37+ years design experience on radio frequencies products.
